As promised, here is a guide on how to get beach waves!
Probably one of the most commonly asked for styles, it is easy to achieve once you get the hang of curling your hair with a flat iron.
You will need a flat iron, a comb, a clip,
a brush and some hairspray.

The key to this look is to keep the roots pretty straight and the curls more towards the ends. Using a flat iron instead of a curling iron will help it to not look like you have ringlets. Start with completely dry hair. Use your clip to section off the top of your hair.
Next, take small sections of your hair and curl it. When you use your flat iron, always keep it moving so that you don't cause any creases. The bigger the section you take, the looser the curl will be.
This video is a quick look at how to hold the flat iron. The curl that she does will curl back away from her face. If you wrap the hair the other way around the iron it will curl towards the face.
The picture on the left shows the way to wrap the hair to make the curl go away from the face. On the right, it will curl towards the face.
Continue curling your entire head, alternating the direction of each curl. When you have curled your whole head, spray everything with hairspray. Then, let the curls cool completely. When your hair is cool, take your brush and brush completely through your hair. Don't be afraid! As long as your hair is not still warm, you will not lose the curl. If you do want it to stay extra curly though, don't comb it out.
Have fun and let me know if you have any questions!
You make it look so easy!
